Background

Our client wanted our continuous support with the management of his company’s search results on Google. He wanted his company to rank higher for all the positive and lucrative keywords and search terms. His company was also facing unfair reviews and comments online, related to the nature of his business which is debt collection.

Solution

The company was facing a lot of poor search results on Google, so we initially started working from there. There were over 20 links present on the Google’s page one and two, out of which 11 links had negative reviews and they all included negative posts from forums.  All these links were impacting his business very badly and consequently he was losing a lot of business due to them.

We developed a brand new website for our client’s company and promoted it (today it ranks as second in Google search results). We also created professional online profiles on LinkedIn, promoted industry e-guides and published targeted PRs on the web. We also issued numerous removal requests for unsubstantiated and defamatory comments on the web which helped in removal of content.

Results

The targeted PR helped us secure a number of high profile articles in the press, including coverage in national and international dailies and magazine, including, Guardian, The Times, Reuters and Yahoo Finance. We have also managed to remove majority of the defamatory comments about the company on forums and social media. In addition to that we have created new content to promote the company’s positive image and raise its profile to help reach out to potential clients and customers.
